Our Requirements:

  • All properties must be of high standard, with TV, DVD player, High Speed Internet access, cable TV (Showtime, orbit or similar package).
  • All properties shall meet at least "+4 stars standard" with priority given to "5 stars properties".
  • We are absolutely capable of managing both Designing & Furnishing process (selection, purchase, installation) of your property as well as looking after connections & payments of your Internet, Cable TV, Water and Electricity bills.
  • Our flat rate for the Designing and following up with the actual Furnishing process is AED 10.000/- for up to two bedrooms properties and 14.000/- for 3 bedrooms properties and over. The cost of the furniture is aside and can vary according to the landlord’s budget.
  • We are committed to give to your property the maximum exposure that it deserves by:
  • Implementing an extensive marketing campaign ON LINE trough strategic search engine listings and various other on line marketing channels.
  • Implementing an extensive marketing campaign OFF LINE trough strategic national an international listings and various other off line marketing channels.

No annual fees and only 25% of the rental generated.

  • Listing in our database with up to 20 pictures of your property.
  • Panorama Photos of your property
  • Twice weekly complimentary House Keeping Service. (General Cleaning + Towels, Bed Sheets, Pillow cases full exchange, Tissues, Shampoo, Shower Gel & Soap are also provided and replenished).
  • Welcome Pack upon arrival. Guests will find complimentary, coffee, tea milk, Bread, butter, marmalade, fresh fruits, and bottled water.
  • Baby Facilities: Complimentary baby cots.
  • In order to ensure a consistent and professional House Keeping service we use our own stock of high quality quilts, quilts covers, 100% cotton bed sheets , 100% cotton towels and 100% bath robes.
  • We manage all the payments; we remit the rental to the national or international landlord’s bank account on monthly basis after deducting our commission and utility bills.
  • We provide a monthly rental report via e-mail.
  • Landlord is not allowed to market the property through any other third party/company.
  • We shall hold two sets of keys of the property at all times.
